Can Sky sponsor me or provide some free products I can auction to raise money?

Sky volunteer In order to have the biggest impact with our work, we have a very clear strategy about the initiatives we focus on.

As well as providing people with great entertainment and communications products, there are four main areas where we believe we can make a big impact: helping to protect the environment; improving lives through sport; opening up the arts to more people; and raising aspirations and building life skills in young people.

This means that we focus our initiatives in these four areas. In the majority of cases we can't support other one-off programmes or events. However, all Sky employees have the opportunity to fundraise or volunteer for a charity of their choice.

An internship or work experience is a fantastic way to understand what it's like to work at Sky.

Details on all the opportunities available can be found are on our website, Work for Sky. Here you can apply for roles and set up job alerts so when your ideal role comes up, you'll be the first to hear.

We also offer opportunities to help young people learn about how a media company works. One of the ways we do this is through Sky Skills Studios which is a free learning experience linked to the national curriculum. It takes students behind the scenes at Sky, offering them the chance to write, shoot and edit their very own TV report related to subjects they are studying at school.
