Sky Retail

Established in 2007, Sky Retail has grown from a handful of staff to now operating with over 1400 employees. Now the third biggest revenue generator for Sky, the sales teams drive approximately 7000 new customers per week. That’s one new customer every 20 seconds of the working week. 

SalesWorking for Sky Retail could entail selling from a Sky stand within a shopping centre (Sky Retail Stores), knocking on doors (Door to Door) and travelling to various events with one of our 35 funky vehicles (Events).

Careers span across the UK and range from sales advisors, team leaders, area managers and up to divisional heads. We also have office based roles that support the operational side of the business. If you are customer focused, target orientated and diligent, working for Sky Retail could be right up your street.

Sky Business was founded in 1993 to service the unprecedented number of businesses screening Sky entertainment packages and has been a successful business division within Sky for over 15 years. Our large customer-focused sales team now services 40,000 customers across the UK and Ireland.

 We have a diverse mix of customers from pubs, offices, hotels and gyms to shops, bookmakers and golf clubs. The key to our success is our team of experts who tap into exactly what’s right for their customers – exciting them with our compelling content and dazzling technological innovations like HD and 3D.

Then there’s our Regional and National Accounts Team , who manage the relationships with our biggest customers, targeting specific growth sectors. These teams know their clients’ trade and industry challenges inside and out. And, through their established networks, they manage key accounts to make sure their Sky package is being fully utilised too.
