Customer Reliability Apprentice

If you’re used to delivering excellent customer service, then Customer Reliability could be for you. It’ll be your responsibility to make sure our customers receive the required support in relation to broadband and telephony queries, while at the same time identifying areas for system and process improvement with a view to implementing in-house as well as across our contact centres.

Sky Voice and Broadband Operations Apprentice

If you feel you’re more suited to problem-solving, then your skills would be best put to use as a Sky Voice and Broadband Operations Apprentice (SVBO). This is an operational arm of technology that makes sure our customers are receiving their Sky Broadband and Talk just as they would expect to in line with regulations.

Network Implementation Apprentice
Our third Apprenticeship on offer is in the Network Implementation team. This team is responsible for the planning, scheduling, and management and co-ordination of activities to implement equipment in the network, from initial forecasts through to the handover of live equipment into operations. The team also have responsibility for routine maintenance, quality assurance, and some operational support activities across the network.
